Return policy
Here at ALUKA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, so we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and still fitted with all security tags and labels, for a refund as long as it complies with our return policy. This applies only to items dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you, along with the original proof of payment. Store credit notes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. For your return to be accepted, the item must be received by ALUKA within 14 days of when it was first received by you.
HOW TO RETURN
Returns will require labels and documents to be printed prior to collection or drop-off; you will need to follow directions from the shipping company.
If you wish to return multiple packages, ensure a different label is attached to each package to avoid duplication.
If you are returning an order internationally, a commercial invoice should be attached for easy customs clearance. Please sign it and ensure this is also attached to the outside of the package.
Include the packing slip inside your return and pack your order carefully to prevent damage in transit. Damaged returns may not be accepted.
Please ensure the return is initiated within a few days of receiving the package to comply with our policy.
Once ALUKA receives the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original delivery fees will not be refunded.
Payments made via PayPal don’t come to us in full, therefore, they would only be eligible for a partial refund of the exact amount received.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns must comply with our policy:
- For returns, you must dispatch to us within 14 days of receiving the relevant delivery. Outside of this timeframe, please email contact@aluka.co.uk.
- All returns must be received back by ALUKA within 14 days to be accepted and eligible for a full refund.
- Original delivery fees will not ordinarily be refunded for returns.
- You will need to include your packing slip inside the package when you return it to us. Any returns without a packing slip may not be accepted.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging provided. Where applicable, any branded packaging, such as dust bags, and clothing tags should be included in your return.
- The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
- Briefs, swimming costumes, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
- You cannot return items that have been made to order or personalized for you.
- Ensure you use a trusted delivery service, ideally, DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail, to return your packages as missing packages will not be refunded.
- Please mail return packages to Lindley House, Woodside Walk, Northwood, HA6 3ET, United Kingdom.Ensure the package is signed for.
REFUNDS
Once ALUKA receives the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method, usually within 7 working days.
You will receive an email once your refund(s) have been processed.
Once the refund has been made, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account or on your statement.
For exchanges for a different size or style, please arrange a return of your original order with us and place a new order.
SALE items are non-refundable.

Pieces made on order are non-refundable.
FAULTY GOODS
If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform us within 14 days of receipt, including a photo and description of the fault. You can contact us via contact@aluka.co.uk.
Please arrange a return for a refund and replacement for you at no additional cost.
If you have had the item for over 14 days, we will deliberate and seek to arrange a solution, but please note that we're unable to offer a repair, replacement, or refund for items that you have owned for more than 1 month.
Items which are damaged due to normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
